Terms & Conditions

By engaging with HyperMesh for any of our services — including social media content creation, website design, or web development — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with an order.

HyperMesh provides the following digital services to businesses:

• →Social media content creation (static posts, animated posts, caption & hashtag strategy)
• →Landing page design and development
• →Business website design and development
• →E-commerce website design and development
• →Website hosting, maintenance, and care plans

All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. A deposit or full payment is required before project work commences. We reserve the right to:

• →Adjust package pricing at any time (locked pricing applies to confirmed orders)
• →Pause or delay work if payment is not received as agreed
• →Charge additional fees for scope changes requested after project commencement

We aim to deliver all social media content and website projects within the timelines stated on our packages (typically 5–10 business days). Timelines begin after we have received:

• →Full payment or confirmed deposit
• →All required client assets (logo, brand colours, images, copy)
• →Approved project brief or requirements

The number of revisions included depends on your chosen package. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately.

Upon full payment, all delivered design assets and website files become the property of the client. HyperMesh reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used in your project are subject to their own respective licenses.

HyperMesh shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered assets. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for results on third-party platforms (e.g., social media algorithm changes, hosting downtime beyond our control).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
