Our Commitment to Fair Service

At HyperMesh, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services and are committed to making every client experience a positive one. Because of the custom nature of our work — which involves significant time, creativity, and resources — our refund policy is carefully structured to be fair to both parties.

Non-Refundable Deposits

A deposit collected before project commencement is non-refundable. This covers:

  • →Initial consultation and requirement gathering time
  • →Project scheduling and slot allocation
  • →Internal preparation and planning hours

Social Media Content Packages

Social media content requires significant upfront creative investment. Please review the following:

Before design commences
A full refund of the service fee (excluding deposit) may be issued if cancellation is requested before any design work has started.
After designs are started or delivered
No refund will be issued once creative work has commenced or any designs have been shared with the client.
Monthly retainer cancellation
Services will continue through the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused days.

Website Development Projects

Web development refunds are evaluated based on the project stage:

Before development begins
If canceled before any development or design has taken place, up to 50% of the total project fee may be refunded (excluding deposit). This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
After development or review milestones
No refund will be issued once design mockups or development files have been shared. The scope may be renegotiated, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Quality Issues & Revisions

We are committed to satisfying our clients within the agreed scope and revisions. If there is a quality issue with the deliverables that falls below the standards we promised, we will correct it free of charge within your revision allowance. Refunds are not issued in lieu of revisions — we always aim to resolve concerns through proper communication and rework.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund review, please contact us within 3 business days of the issue arising. Include:

  • →Your full name and order/project reference
  • →The reason for the refund request
  • →Any supporting evidence (screenshots, correspondence)
